We would like to extend a special and warm welcome to one particular new member.
Elliette Kirkbride from Adelaide in Australia has joined the Music Centre until Christmass 2007. She has passed a number of music exams in Australia, achieving a distinction in her preliminary violin exam and a grade 1 honours on the piano.
We hope that she enjoys her time here in Wallasey as part of the Orchestra and she will of course be able to take part in the charity concert on 24th March and our summer concert in July.
We would also like to extend a welcome to all the newcomers to the Centre who have joined in recent months. We look forward to reporting on their examination successes as they progress through our Centre to the higher ensembles within Wirral.
